Registration for the American stage of WESG is open!

StarLadder together with ImbaTV are introducing the third qualifying stage of World Electronic Sports Gaming, which will be held in America.

 

The regional finals of the American qualifying stage will take place from October 21-23 in São Paulo, Brazil. The World Electronic Sports Games (WESG) championship was announced by the company Alisports (subsidiary of the Chinese internet-giant Alibaba Group).

 

 

American qualifiers will be divided into 8 regions: USA, Canada, South America, Brazil, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, and the other countries of America.

 

The best twelve teams and players of the American qualifier will be invited to the regional finals with the prize pool of $205 000, while the best 6 teams in Dota 2 and CS:GO and the strongest 6 players in the individual disciplines — HearthStone and StarCraft 2 — will advance to the WESG Global Grand Finals with $3.7 millions on offer.

 

The prize pool will be distributed among the disciplines of the regional qualifiers for WESG in America in a following way:
